Founded by Jim Dixon III in Tucson, Arizona, ChronoVarience™ began as a music publishing company supporting the local rock band Telepathy. What started as a creative endeavor quickly evolved into a multi-disciplinary enterprise. By 1997, ChronoVarience™ expanded into I.T. consulting, offering contract network maintenance, custom PC building, and personal security services—all while its founder pursued a Computer Science degree.
After a brief hiatus during Jim’s service in the U.S. Navy, ChronoVarience™ reemerged in 2006 with a new venture: guided Segway tours. With routes spanning Downtown Tucson and the rugged Northwest desert, the company blended technology, tourism, and terrain in a uniquely immersive experience..
